Jamaican Origin Chocolates
The Oakland Chocolate Company is a Bean to Bar to Bonbon manufacturer of handmade artisan chocolates.  We exclusively use cocoa beans from Jamaica from the parish of St. Mary.  Our chocolates are mostly made with a 70% cacao base.  We also have a 45% cacao milk chocolate that has a rich caramelly flavor and a new 85% cacao plain bar.  The 70% cacao is both chocolatey and nutty melding into a brownie flavor with notes of plum wine.  The 85% bar is rich and nutty.  Our chocolates are made in small batches to be fresh and preservative free.  We make our chocolates on Mondays so please give us enough time to fill your order.  The box below is our Classic collection of bonbons and truffles.
